List was born in California on 6 April 1998. Suzanne List is her mother. List has also two actors brothers. She graduated from Oak Park High School (California) and she graduated in 2016. List is Aries and is of English as well as Welsh heritage. It was early on that she became interested in the performing arts, and also it was during her childhood that she became an infant model. List started acting in 2002. She began modeling in 2009. The soap in which she appeared was As the World Turns (2002) in the role of Bess as Bess in All My Children (2004) and was also the young Jane Nichols in 27 Dresses (2008). Her acting career started in theater, before she moved on to film and television. Her work was highly praised for her roles in Chicago productions Dollhouse and Ghosts, Ruby Sunrise Frank's House and Frank's Residence. Her appearances have been in a range of films in the middle of 2000s. These include Then She Found Me 2007 with Helen Hunt, and Michael Clayton 2007 with George Clooney. In Push (2009) the actress was also in Teresa Stowe. She was Rabbi Renannah Zimmerman on 'Leaves of Grass' (2009).
