Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham (a chef) in The Shoes of Seinfeld, the fourth season episode. She was in Elaine Benes' shoes. Barone was a cast member of Carol & Company, starring with Carol Burnett in the early 1990s. Barone performed the role of the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller during the first Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she resigned to start a full-time job. Barone was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show from 1995 through 1996 as well as The War at Home between 2005 and 2007. Barone costarred as a co-star in Daddio (2000). Barone's television credits also comprise Desperate women Curb Your Enthuasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline and the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received her Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2005 in 2004 for her role in the feature film One Last Ride. The following year, three years since The War at Home ended it's running time, Barone was cast in a regular role in the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as the character of Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Barone's husband actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones the ex-husband of Barone's character.
